    Anyone know where to recycle old dvdr & cds? or what to do with them

    Your local charity shops if they are pre-recorded or in with the plastic recycling otherwise.

    Ok will check some charity shops but local recycling centre dont take them

    Recycling centre must take them as part of mixed recycling, which there is a fee for per bag.

    You however must break apart the plastic and paper first (cd cover art work) -- mixed recycling should be separated by the user.

    I would most likely try to give them away like the others are saying. I'm sure that there are people out there who would love to be able to get their hands on some of the ones that you have. Otherwise, recycling would be the best bet.
