Proper set up for new wireless router setup behind VF VDSL modem

    Hi,

    can anyone share best practices and setup of DHCP and any other settings eg NAT, firewall etc when installing a new wireless router behind my VF VDSL modem?

    I am turning off the wireless on the VF modem and using powerline to connect a new wireless router which has much better wireless coverage and in a more central position in the house.

    i would like to understand the right settings for both the VF modem and wireless router?
