Not able to accept phone calls recieved using whats app

    Hi
    I have a HUWAEI Y330-U01 Android Smartphone running Android 4.2.2. Kernal Version 3.4.5

    I using Whats app - Last version downloaded

    I can text using whats app but if someone calls me via Whats app I not able to accept the call
    I have the Green phone icon appearing to accept the call but when I click on the green icon or swipe it nothing happens and call connection cant be made

    What I doing wrong here or do I need to set some setting to be able to accept calls via Whats app
