Hi, you have metric sockets from 4-17 mm. Roughly the same in imperial. The smaller ones need an adapter to be used and it is supplied in the kit. You can use the ratchet or the 'screwdriver' plus there is also an adapter which allows you to use a battery drill.....

thanks. so you have all sizes in it? can you use the ratchet on all of them or do some need the 'screwdriver for some'?

Look at the socket at 1 min. 49 secs here. What kind of socket is that it is longer? Would you say this kit is ok for occasional use ?

You have a good amount of sockets for smaller, lighter work. Suitable for DIY work, light maintenance, etc..
The '1 min 49 sec' socket, he says it's a 19mm, the set only goes up to 17mm. I'd guess it's a socket for fitting spark plugs, that's why it's so long, probably has a method of holding the plug, eg., rubber ring/magnet.
Both the ratchet and the 'screwdriver' can be used with all the sockets. The smaller sockets need an adapter/reducer and it's included in the kit.......

Thanks. What is the purpose of the part shaped like a 'screwdriver'then

Sometimes it can be handier to use the 'screwdriver' handle to fix the nuts in place then use the ratchet to give them a final tightening.........
