So my 03 VW Polo is parked up outside the house... think the starter motor is shot on it plus it failed NCT a few months back on sky-high emissions.

I'm torn on what to do with it since I've bought a new car in the meantime.

Looking for just some advice on what to do with it really as do need to shift it - collecting new car on Friday really.

    What are my options really?

    - Scrap it.. but will probably cost for someone to come and collect it.
    - Potentially stick it up on DoneDeal for parts - new catalytic converter went in last year etc, new battery went in on March 1st.

Car hasn't been taxed for 3 months also - as has been parked up. Another issue is I don't have the log book (have the regisration cert) so do both options require a log book (presumably so?)... the waiting around for a log book while the car sits there isn't ideal.

Thinking of just the quickest and least awkward way to get rid of it really.

Ring local fire brigade station . I saw an ad somewhere last year were they were looking for old cars to practice on. I'd say they would organise the scrap page paperwork as well.
    Otherwise offer on Donedeal.
