How do I know if I've registered?

    I've received a bill and paid up etc but I'm not to sure if I've registered? 

    Also will the fact that I've received a bill mean that I'll automatically get the conservation grant and if so when will I get it?

    In order to be eligible for the Water Conservation Grant 2015, it is required that you would have registered with us before or on the 30th of June 2015. The grant will be issued from by the Department of Social Protection and they will be communicating with customers from September regarding this.

    I would certainly be able to check whether or not you have registered. Would you mind sending the following details by private message and I will look into this for you?

    - Name,
    - Address and
    - Contact number.
