Phone Lost in Cab - Sat 25/07 - Dublin

    Hi there,

    Just posting this as a bit of a long shot, I know quite a few taxi drivers have been known to view this thread. I got a taxi from Montague St, D2 "The Colossus Casino" to Capel St at approximately 8.00/8.30 am on Saturday morning and my phone slipped out of my pocket in the car.

    Driver was Irish and we chatted away on the trip and I think he would be a regular enough card player in the Collosus club, but I didn't get his name because to be honest I was fairly well on at the time.

    The phone was on silent when I dropped it and rang out during the day but has been off since Sat evening.

    If anyone thinks they might be able to help me they can PM me on here. Thanks.

    If you lose items in a taxi then contact either the despatch firm or the Garda Carriage office. If you can identify the car or driver to any extent then it may well help you.
