J1 12 Month USA Work Programme Eligibility through online masters

I am starting a post graduate NFQ Level 9 Diploma in September 2015 through University of Limerick.

The Postgraduate Diploma is a part-time course delivered by online learning and not classroom learning.

If I complete the post-graduate diploma through online learning, am I eligible for the 12 Month USA Work Programme?

The USIT FAQ page seems to suggest that I am not eligible. Is this the case? Has anyone any experience with this?

I studied through distant learning. Am i eligible?
Unfortunately not. In order to qualify for the programme you must have completed your course through classroom based learning on a full or part-time basis.

You are not. It has to be classroom based. USIT FAQ is correct.
