    Received an email to say my bill was available to view and the direct debit has since been taken from the account but I cannot access the online bill. I've tried to reset the password and it says the email address isn't registered but it definitely is. When I tried to set up a new online account it says I can't as one already exists. I've emailed and phoned with the inquiry but have had no response so far. Is it possible to get paper copies of the bills as I need them urgently.

    We have encountered the same problem and have talked to Irish Water about it, and still nothing happens. We are willing to pay for our water usage but can't do it because we can't log in.

    How do we get a paper copy of the bill and how do we pay it?

    Hi,
    I have sent you a private message, I appriciate your help.
    I know there are plenty of payment options, but I am not going to pay an invoice that I havnen't seen. That is a question of principle on my part. And I would think that to be able to present an invoice should be a question about common dicency on Irish Water's part.
