A shot of vodka every time you see a child running into a shop in the hopes of getting something. The parent following them in, dragging them back out "you're not getting that, you've enough of them at home". child makes a scene and must be awkwardly disciplined in front of everyone.

A swig of whiskey when you see a homeless chap who everyone is desperately avoiding eye contact with.

A beer when you see retail staff on their lunch breaks with sour, fed up looks on their faces.

Add more, and drink responsibly :-)
