House plan question

    I'm looking at house plans and need to know what a certain symbol is on it. Apologies if it's a silly question but I've searched all the house plan symbol websites and haven't found this one on it. It's the box with arrows in it in living room with the 3 broken lines coming out of it. Initially I thought fireplace, but I don't think that's what it is.
    Any help would be great thanks

    I would guess its indicating your Radon sump position....Dashed lines usually mean something hidden or 'beyond' the plane of drawing.

    Each technician will have their own format. Specific symbols such as HVAC will appear in their own drawing rather than a pre planning depiction drawing which is what this appears to be.
