    Hi all,
till now I have been bottling with grolsh bottles and pop bottles. I would like to start with 500 ml crown corkers but am a little concerned about the pressure when opening.
    any tips?

Opening is just the same as opening commercial bottles
Get a bench capper life's too short for those 2 handled cappers

TBH it's not exactly a bother - I can lash through a batch of 40ish bottles in a few minutes with the two lever jobbie - fill 'em and put a cap on each, then once the batch is all in the bottles, crimp down the lot... But each to their own I suppose!

As for the pressure opening them - unless you go mad on the priming it'll be no more than you'd get in commercial bottles.
