Three contract question

So I got an iPhone 5c For €70 last week on 3 and I pay €25 a month on a 2 year contract. Is there anyway I can give back the phone and get the iPhone 5s on the 40 euro plan instead? Thanks

Looks like they have a fourteen day cooling off period where you can cancel if you want to.
