    hi, I ordered a dvd from wow hd 3 weeks ago, the status still says backorder, I am just wondering is this normal with them and if it will ever come. anyone ever order something from them that never arrived?

    yes I know, I have read them but I want to know has anyone ever ordered something from them that never came.

    Contact them and they will offer a refund or replacement.
