Lumia 930 screen repair

    Dropped my 930 yesterday and unluckily the cover didn't prevent the screen breaking. I still have another year on my contract with Meteor,so want to repair it as I do like the phone.

    Been quoted €230+ to fix it by GSM Solutions and Nokiacare.

    Anyone had a better deal elsewhere?

    They say it will take 5-15 days to fix as well as being the most expensive screen to replace😓

    That's ridiculous. Your phone is worth less than that.

    Did you check those wee Chinese shops on Moore St. in Dublin? They seem to be very, very cheap in phone repairs and the like.

    i got a 1020 screen replaced for 140 by the nokia repair centre in tipperary town

    list of authorised repair centres

    www.fonfix.ie was also recommended by blut2 but they are dublin only so i didn't use them

    Click in Maynooth quoted me €280, another local guy €225. The high cost is the cost of the screen to them. Ive decided to live with the cracked screen until the new 950 comes out

    So have I as its just a single crack near the top, across the full width however.
