recently had my second bike fit ( to confirm everything with original fit was correct) and seems to be spot on
originally I had bad lower neck pain ( between shoulders) but started doing some neck strenght work and it seemed to work
now I am getting sore just above my shoulder blades so looking for some tips etc to resolve this, Is it my muscles are weak in this general area and i need to strenghten them as with my neck muscles ?
any advice or tips welcome tnx.

Sounds like tendonitis in your knee to me. Trust me, I'm not a doctor.

Mod Voice: We cannot give out medical advice on here I'm afraid. If you have an injury you should seek qualified medical advice. Good luck with it, shoulder issues are a buggar!
