O'Neills Website

    I think this is probably the best place for this thread? Mods, feel free to move if needed!

    Has anyone ordered stuff from the O'Neills website lately? I placed an order last Friday week (the 11th) and still waiting for it. Very poor service I have to say. It's my first time ordering off the website and I thought it would be much better. Any of the other similiar sites I'd use (Sportsdirect etc) would have been here the middle of last week!

    I wouldn't usually be too fussy but I ordered an item for a birthday present (which is needed today)!!!!! In the order confirmation email they said that orders would be processed within 3-4 working days, so at the latest I was expecting it Monday. And then an email first thing Monday morning said the order had been despatched. Both items ordered were generic items in regular sizes so it's not as if they were being specially made or personalised! Probably my own fault leaving it too late and they must be v busy but just a warning for anyone else ordering off them, give yourself two weeks for it too arrive!

    Thanks for the reply. Yeah, like if they had been items that were in an uncommon size or personalised with name etc., I'd be expecting to wait a while for it. But these items were a generic plain tracksuit bottom and jacket in size L that I would imagine they have in stock. I'm just hoping they will arrive tomorrow!! Which will be 9 and a half working days from time of order! I'll be writing an e-mail anyway regardless.

    Work is 10 mins from here, so no need to shop online.

    Have never visited there website at all
