    I am just wondering what type of marketing communications I would be opted in for if I select this option? Would I be getting sent information from third party's offering water butts? Etc? Or would it be strictly by Irishwater such as a lower tariffs if pre paid for example?

    If you select the marketing communications option, Irish Water may in certain circumstances contact you about water-related products or services which may be of interest to you (e.g. conservation devices). The sending of bills and related correspondence does not constitute direct marketing.

    Ok thanks for the response. My details won't be passed onto third party's if I am opted into marketing communication?

    If you choose to receive marketing communications, your details will not be passed on to third parties. Your personal details will be used for Irish Water's purposes only.
