Transfer

    Good evening,

    I'm having difficulty making a SEPA transfer to a payee via 365 online. A credit was applied to my account last week and the funds show in the account, however when I try to make the transfer a message tells me there are insufficient funds.

    Hi Bmurr91,

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    If the credit applied to your account last week was a cheque that was lodged then this can take 3-5 working days to clear and for the funds to become available on your bank account.

    If this is not the case please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 and a representative will be happy to assist you.
