    Can anyone tell me what would be the CGT due on the below please?

    1 acre of land currently being rented to a farmer, sale price 40k

    Am happy to give any more info needed.

    Impossible to say, as you don't indicate what gain you make on the sale of the asset.

    CGT is a tax on gains from disposing assets.
