Clothes banks are full so people leave bags with clothes in them beside the bank. Random car pulls up and puts all the bags into their boot and drives off. They grinned at me and smiled at each other when I saw them. Obviously their not collectors but several people squeezed into a old banger.

Just curious since they are left there can anyone take these or what? I just get the feeling the people who took them will try sell them on.

There was a show about these clothes banks on recently. They aren't run by charities. The companies that own the bins pay charities for the use of the name.

The charity has gotten the money already, these people are stealing from the parent company who dupe people into thinking the clothes in the bins are going to the needy.
