    Hi all,

I am going to try a JAOM hack tonight with some raspberries and mango instead of the orange.

Do I need to do anything with the strawberries to stop them infecting the batch, or will I just fire them into the carboy?

    Ken

if they're frozen you definitely should boil them as that is the current advice from the FSAI

They are fresh, Lidl's finest! I might just boil them for 3 minutes anyway, wont hurt im sure!
