That worked for me. Just followed the link provided by the OP and clicked the button on screen. As usual, I received the confirmation email from Amazon followed by the redeem email almost instantly. Should get the fiver email tomorrow.

Can I spend the Promo code at the same time as the Gift Card.
It doesn't matter if I am paying in Euro does it, or is my card issuer applying a conversion rate.

I think you can....as usually when you have the gift card uploaded to your amazon account, you pay the remainder with a credit card and when you go to the final order screen you can also apply a discount code

No I clicked on the link posted by the OP, logged in with my amazon uk credentials and the it clicked on "check eligibility" which showed i was eligible.
bought the gift card and 24h received an email with the £5 promo code

Got the code today! The email also says "The promotion code must be used by 12 September 2015." And it is a promo code to be entered on the checkout page and not a gift card code.

As long as you were clicked link (and was approved) as eligible, and went through to buy the £20 voucher.. you'll should get it.

The gift card will be used as your payment method, and you can then enter the discount code in the box at checkout. So yes, you can use both for the one transaction.

The gift voucher has a 10 year expiry and the £5 promotional code must be used by 12 Sept. '15.

Just to help out everyone.....the 5 will be applied to your account for any order you place irrespective of payment method you use....so you can use both together !!

I had availed this last year without any hassles !

Just ordered and was eligible and hopefully would get the promo code morrow !

Get the £5 voucher the next day.
Place an order for £25 using the two vouchers.

Is that right?

Thanks op! Bought the £20 on my usual account and got the £5 as well. Created new account and subscribe to Amazon fashion and got 20% off then used the gift card and £5 bonus on top of that
