Is this the judge from "You're a Star" on RTE??

The wife and myself were watching the box when this advert came on for Rapidol!
We ended up arguing over one of the actors in it.
I think the "customer" in the advert is the judge from "You're a Star" on RTE years ago.
The wife reckons he's a big record company hot shot so it can't be him!
