I'm not sure there would be enough shows produced to extend across 3 channels for TV3, 2 is plenty.

TV3 will pick up the two soaps. There's nothing else of any interest on UTV Ireland. I can't see TV3 having an interest in doing anything soon. They'd rather let Pat Kenny's contract run out than have to buy him out now. Cheaper to purchase his services when he's unemployed than when he's still in contract.
