Neither, I think.

Der Spiegel says he shot a woman first, then drove on to another part of the town where he shot a cyclist.

Bit random for a turf war, and it doesn't ring like planned terror attack either. I assume mental health problems.

2 victims so far

The gunman was driving a silver Mercedes convertible during the attack in the state of Bavaria, local broadcaster Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) reported.

The victims were an 82-year-old woman and a cyclist, it said.

The gunman is said to be only 18 and the 82 year old was related to him. Sounds like a family drama.

RIP to the victims.
