    Hello all,

I put together a batch of homemade muesli containing:

Base - Oat flakes, wheat flakes, rye flakes, barley flakes

Seeds - Pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame, chia

    Nuts - Walnut, cashew

    + Raisins

The bowl I made weighed in at 119g and would break down as:

    Cal - 538kcal
    Fat - 30g
    Saturated - 4g
    Carb - 55g
    Sugar - 12g
    Fibre - 14g
    Protein - 17g
    Salt - 0g

I'm looking for some guidance as to whether I need to tweak my composition or not.

    Thanks

Rekon you need to subtract 22 oat flakes, 15 wheat flakes, 4 Pumpkin. Add another 1/2 teaspoon chia, 1/2 a Walnut and 4 whole cashew.

    Sorry, couldn't resist.
