Spray with WD40 or penetrating oil. Let sit for an hour.

A good auld blast of WD40 and leave it soak in

Have you release agent you can soak them in? Even WD40 might help but you'll have to leave it to soak for a few minutes. You can also try giving the bolts a straight on belt of a hammer, in the absence of an impact wrench it's another option. Leverage is your friend too, anything you can use to extend the leverage on your spanner/wrench.

First thing is be sure you are turning the bolt the correct way - if the head of the bolt is facing away from you (which it has been on several calipers I've seen) the instinct can be to turn it to the left to loosen when it should be turned to the right.

    ^^^^^ this ^^^^^

Brian D is dead on - first problem i ran into on brakes
the bolt was on the far side of me and i was turning it wrong way , if you turn it to the left when the hole head or hex hole is pointing away from you , then you are tightening it

try it to the right after a good wd40 soak , if its away from you

You need to use a breaker bar, and lock the wheel fully so you have room to swing it.

Wd40 is a waste of time, better chance of ky jelly penetrating better than wd.

Have you got a trolley jack?
If so, get your wrench onto the bolt, put the cup of the trolley jack onto the end of the wrench and start jacking.
It has worked a treat for me in the past.

Please be careful with a breaker bar, you could snap the bolt in the caliper carrier and then you'd be in a world of trouble.
WD40 is excellent for this, spray on liberally and allow to soak for an hour or so. Works wonders if it's used right.

Breaker bar and good fitting socket

6 point is best as it has more contact with bolt
Penatrating oil let it soak well in.
Those bolts are usually high tensile bolts and they are on tight some even use lock tight to ensure they don't come lose that with rust can make it very difficult to remove.

If above doesn't work you need to apply heat you can buy a hand gas blow torch for about 25 euro heat just the bolt and try again.

A garage would use a good air impact gun at home your unlikely going to get enogh air pressure from a small compressor
