Hi folks, have the above boiler heating immersion and 7 radiators. Problem with the rad in the bathroom, it will not heat up. Checked the pressure dial above the boiler and it is operating at 0.4bar. Does this seem correct?

Are all the other rads heating ?
Are you getting water or air out of the bathroom rad when venting ?
Have you checked that the valves on both sides of the rad ore open ?

Thanks sullzz, all other rads are fine. The rad was working fine until it was removed to re-tile the bathroom. Upon refitting it was bled until all air was out. Both valves are fully open.

turn off all the other rads and see does it heat up.

+1 on this , but first check that the valve on the opposite side to the one you usually use to turn the rad on and off with is in fact open , this valve is a lock shield valve which means it has a dummy cap on it , you need to remove the white cap and turn the spindle with a pliers or adjustable spanner , turn it fully anti clockwise .
If this is open and it still doesn't heat , you will need to turn off all the other rads to clear whatever airlock might be in the system .

Thanks guys, turn off both valves on the other rads or just the one.
Just quickly as well, is that pressure of 0.4 ok?

Just the one side , you should never have to shut the lock shield side unless you are removing a rad .
Pressure should ideally be about 1.5 bar but your system might be fed from a header tank ( feed and expansion cistern ) so the pressure would not ever get much above what you are stating .
Do you know if you have a header tank , it would be a small tank in the attic usually beside or above your main water tank in the attic .

There is a header tank as you describe, beside the main water tank.

Ok well then the pressure is not going to get much higher than what you have , so it's fine .

As above. Just make sure there is water in the small tank in case the ballcock is stuck.

Update....Have turned off all the rads bar, no pun intended, the bathroom one...it worked,
you guys are brilliant. I'm not a plumber, obviously, but enjoy DIY and
I am one of those 'freaks' who removes a rad when redecorating a room.
I've done this numerous times, always without issue.
Trust the smallest rad on the system to be the one to give hassle.
FYI, this was never a cost saving thing, but after a couple of try's,
curiosity got the better of me. Time for lunch and then turn all the rads back on.
So I will update again and may also be back to annoy you with more questions.

the rads might need to be balanced after you open the others back up.it might be fine though aswell

Everything fine now, didn't have to balance any rads. Many thanks to you all again.
