Eircom Fibre Rollout Stalled?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea why the Eircom Fibre rollout appears to have stalled? There doesn't seem to be any completions according to the efibre rollout map since April. It did seem like it was steaming along up to that.

It certainly seems to have stalled alright and a lot of the upcoming plans have been pushed back, in the areas that I have been looking at anyway. They are extremely slow to update any of their maps which is very frustrating. Hope they get back on track soon....
