Parking river house

    Wondering if there is any car park available at or near River house (Dowd's lane)? How much is it for overnight parking?

    I saw on tipperary county council website that I need to submit utility bill, registration paper and insurance paper indicating the Clonmel address in order to get street parking permit and it will take 2 weeks until I receive the documents/bills under new address. Anything else could be done in this case?

    As far as I know there is actually parking underneath River House.
