B&b insurance for a rented residential property

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a b&b insurance for the house that I'm living in. I'm renting and my landlord is okay with it as long as I have proper liability insurance.
    Does anybody know where to get this. I've been calling all over Ireland but the only aswer I get it that the insurance is owner occupied.
    There must be people who are renting a b&b and need an insurance.
