Cork has a few of its own peculiar, unique slang terms and expressions. Some of which are well known and have almost become clichés, and some of which are relatively obscure, even amongst Corkonians.

Particular ones that I'm not a fan of would be "kedd" in place of the more robust and far better "boi". Usually stated at the end of the sentence, the equivalent of "bud" for the Jackeens amongst you. :P

"Dowcha boi" is a well known expression that has become almost synonymous with Cork slang in recent years but, as far as I can tell, is not all that common nowadays. It's become a bit annoyingly clichéd and "top of the morning"-esque at this stage.
