Slate replacement

Looks like my recently roofed house is going to have all slates replaced due to a factory/batch issue. This has been confirmed by manufacturing company.

I'm waiting on further correspondence to see what exactly is going to be covered under the manufacturers offer.
I know it depends on the specific details in the warranty/guarantee, but what I should expect?

e.g. should I expect the erection of scaffolding to be included, new flashing for roof-lights etc?

I guess tegral are not the only company with problems!

I would expect them to bear all associated costs.

Did they say exactly what's the issue.

I wouldn't be putting my hand in my pocket for anything.

Came and assessed. Didn't recognize the problem but took it to technicians in lab. Two weeks later, letter in post saying condition of slates doesn't meet with warranty terms.
