    Hi all, I have a very big interview coming up for a promotion in the health sector. I recently got the acting position but on feedback from that interview I was told l "needed to sell myself more". Does anyone know of anyone or place that does practice for this kind of a job

    Sorry don't know of any place that does interview coaching. However with regard to 'selling yourself', I would think that this means demonstrating examples of how you sourced ideas, implemented them and the outcomes. You need to show how you personally achieved an outcome rather than talking about abstract / theoretical ideas.
