    recommendations ? 24" and under 200 euro

    i ve never bought a monitor its for the parents for skyping convenience

    Webcams are pretty much plug and play at this stage. Get a cheap monitor and a semi-decent webcam. They usually have an integrated microphone. Skype will generally default to the webcam and available microphone if you are worried about settings.

    parents are in the 70's and want an all in one

    They really really wont notice a clip on webcam. Presumably its for a desktop so just set it up for them.

    You'll get 10x quality in a standalone unit vs some integrated tat.

    Maybe you should have spent more than half a second finding that answer? It's on a US website and the built in webcam does not have a mic ;)

    Agree totally and another downside to this AIO is that the Webcam is fixed not adjustable in anyway even though the description indicates it is adjustable. (check reviews)
