Jobbridge & Holiday Plans

    Hi all,

    I have three jobbridge interviews between this week and next. Have two interviews tomorrow Tuesday and another the following Monday (this would be the one the suits me best no forking out bus fees can get a lift).

    My first question would be if Im luckily enough to get an offer of one or two tomorrow and say they ring me Wednesday/Thursday with an offer, do I tell them I have another interview Monday that would suit my circumstances better but would still be interested in their offer, I just need time to think? Or will I make up a reason why I cant start next week, that Im babysitting for my sister because shes away for a few days? Or I need time to consider their offer?

    My second question is about Holidays as were in Holiday season right now! Me and my partner are hoping to go for a week away in September but haven't booked anywhere yet because Im waiting for my partner to get his job end of things worked out. But Im hoping to nail him down to something in the next two weeks. Say if I start my Jobbridge in July, When it comes to September I have only like 2-3 days worked up, do you think I be able to advanced leave of my own because I plan on doing the full term of the internship unless theres any serious problems and dont plan on taking any other days except one or two at Christmas. I really want to go on holiday this year with my partner because I was unable to go last year due to work commitments and this year my partner moved away for work so I only see him at weekends.
    And I definitely wont be going anywhere during the year because Im taking part in a springboard course in the evening time and will need to be here year around.
