Hi I am new to this so sorry if I am posting this in the wrong thread. I was wondering could someone help me with something. I qualified in 2011 in intellectual disability nursing but I completed a higher diploma in children's nursing in 2014. I am just ordering g what payscale should I be on? I am currently on the 3rd payscale of a qualified nurse and instead of changing me over to the dual qualification scale I was only given a bonus of sorts. Is this right or wrong as anyone I have asked doesn't seem to know.
