Cutting AVI files

Hi Can anyone let me know if there is a simple and free (or cheap enough) way to do this. I have a 330 mb AVI file. About 5 minutes long Of which I only require 1 minute I want to create another Avi from the 4th minute to the end. What is the simplest way to do this? I have no video editing knowledge.
