Mortgage Application

    Hi,

    I submitted an online mortgage aplication about 3 weeks ago and never received a response. About a week later I submitted a request to meet a mortgage advisor in my local branch and still have no response to either request.

    I have a current account, credit card account and savings account all with Bank of Ireland yet I'm getting much better service from other banks I've applied to. What's the best way to get a response, if I ring will I actually be given an appointment with an advisor on the call or will it be another case of being told that I'll hear back later?!
