a week ago I swapped my cigarettes for an ecig and it's been going great but yesterday I developed a cough and based on what I am coughing up I will never again smoke another cigarette I'm just wondering has anyone experienced the same? how long did it take for the coughing to stop? And does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop the cough all together? Thanks in advance :)

Yep, first 3 weeks was vile, still got a few sort of clear outs every now and then for the first year but I was a 30-40 a day smoker

My cough seems you have cleared up in the last few days :) day 15 off the cigs and all my cravings are gone too:) the only down side is the battery's taking about 6-8 hours to charge but other then that no complaints

I had a nasty cough once i stopped the cancer sticks for over 2 weeks and horrible chest pains as well, I'm guessing my lungs where "resurfusing" after all the tar... I was more or less fine after the first month.

Try to drink loads of water and be careful not to over do it with the vaping, especially if you are using high nicotine juices, it's easy to get dizzy from too much nicotine intake when you first start.

Good luck on your effort, i've been clean for 2 years now, couldn't be happier :)

    6-8 hours?!!!
Are you using the usb off a computer?
Try using a wall plug, any mini usb one will do, I use the one from my HTC or Nokia phones or even my Samsung tablet one and they are all fine.
The only one I wouldn't reccomend is the iPhone plug, I believe its not safe to use (research needed), something about the voltage being higher on it?
