some channels on Sky breaking up

    Has anyone else experienced certain channels breaking up on the Sky service?
    RTE 1, TV3, BBC 1 & 2 so far.
    Every other channel is fine, but these channels have become impossible to watch with the picture and sound breaking up. :confused:

    You should check the cables on the box first. There should be two separate input cables. Make sure they are tight. Do a signal test and post the results up here.

    Your dish is not correctly aligned.

    What is the condition of your dish (new or old) - previously this was an issue for me. The dish was in poor nick (rusting and generally disintegrating). Once the dish was replaced all was back fine again.
