Change Mortgage Provider before Drawdown?

    Just a quick query.

I have gone sale agreed on a house about 2 months ago it is progressing slowly but surely.

I have signed contract on my side, just waiting on vendor side to sign (should happen in next few weeks).

My question is....can I change mortgage provider at this stage?
I was contacted by another bank and offered a (much) better rate than I had picked with current bank.
I did drop into the office (of my current bank) and sign a document. So does this mean I am tied to them?

Also do the bank I am with have to provide a copy of the valuation? I paid the fee directly to them.

    Any help/advice much appreciated.

You need to ring your bank and ask, or ask your solicitor.

I rang bank but neither of the people I have been dealing with are in.
I contacted someone else to get copy of valuation so will see what they say.
In meantime I will talk to my solicitor. Thanks
