Card Protection Plan 1800646518 IR????

    I noticed today that a transaction "CARD PROTECTION PLAN 1800646518 IR" went through via my BOI credit card on 24th-June-2015, which I am not aware of. And I never intended to get a card protection plan. Can someone from BOI help investigate this suspicious transaction?

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards. 

    If you are registered for Bank of Ireland 365 Online, and have your credit card registered online, you can send this query through when logged into your account. Please choose the Online Service Desk option and then Ask a Question. A representative with account access can then look into this for you. 

    Alternatively you can call our Credit card team on 0818 251 251. Representatives are available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
