Not the best TV in the world but 4k for under 300 euro might benefit anyone on a budget. It only does 30hz at 4k as its not HDMI2 but if you just want a cheap TV with a high resolution its a cheap price for sure. From HUKD. Link

39" TV with 4K resolution is pointless.

Also, 30hz is a terrible motion rate. Everything would be blurry and ghosting everywhere I'd say.
