Fujitsu Laptop Lifebook A Series

When booting up my laptop I get a pinkish colour background and the name Fugitsu shows briefly on screen, then the screen goes blank and about 30 seconds later a sky scene ( sky clouds moon ) appear.

This has happened twice before but by constantly starting it, it eventually booted. I wiped all the hard drive and reinstalled from a backup. It worked quiet well for some time.

However this time no matter how many times I try to start it no joy. Can anyone tell me if this is a windows failure or a hard drive failure or the hardware in the laptop itself. :mad::mad::mad:

Sounds like something graphics card related. Very hard to troubleshoot with the details you've given.

What exactly happens when you turn it on now?

Right now I'm getting a blank screen with no activity from the front panel lights. I have just restarted the laptop and tried to access the bios by pressing the F2 key it beeps but nothing happens, unable to open bios screen still blank

Its not posting so. Considering it artefacted before then died, its quite likely the grahics card gave out.

Within warranty its time for a return, outside its time to start shopping.
