Claiming back USC

Hi, I'm a student who worked for 4 months full time over the summer in 2013. I paid 400 euro in USC. Am I entitled to this back? I recently set up my PAYE account thingy online, which shows my work history, taxes paid etc, and it stated how much USC I paid in 2013, as well as "USC refunded: not applicable".

Does this mean I'm not entitled to that USC back? I paid USC in 2014 too, am I entitled to this back too?

Thanks for your help in advance.

It just means that it hasn't been refunded. Request a p21 balancing statement for each year and it will pick up any overpayment of USC.

Is there any reason think I might have overpaid?

USC is a cumulitive tax. If you paid some early in the year then you may drop below thresholds later in the year if you had no further income. As per above, request a P21 balancing statement from Revenue
