Missing bill

    Hi,

    I've been told on 3 ocassions that my bill has been issued but I've never received it. The last time I spoke to the call centre I was told due to allowances the bill was less than a €1. I'm thinking now that maybe you don't issue them below a certain amount? Is this the case or is something else wrong?

    Hi tnegun,

    Thanks for your query.

    If your charges are less than 1 euro, you will still receive a bill.

    We will certainly look into this for you if you could forward a private message with the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address and
    - Contact number.

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Allanah

    Hi,

    I contacted the call center ths morning and have been able to access my account. It appears my email address was mispelt somehow. I've another problem now. I cannot pay my bill as it is less than a €1 and the system will not accept it. See attached pic. Any chance of getting this sorted today? For 74 cent it's wasted enough of my time and yours.

    Thanks,

    Isn't the obvious thing to do to pay them €1? I'm sure you'll get the 26cent credited to your next bill.

    Yes that is obvious but the system fills in the amount you have to pay and I can't edit it. It chooses the .74c but then rejects it.

    Edit. I choose part payment and filled in €1 and the payment was successful
