After my interview I got offered a 1year placement on my preferred Plc ,i paid my deposit and got my letter confirming that I was accepted .
To day I got a letter saying they cannot offer me the place and offering me a different 2 year plc.
Just wanted to know my position before I ring them tomorrow. If the course is still available can I hold they to their original offer?.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Did they give a reason why they are now withdrawing their first offer?

The most likely reason is that the first course is not running, due to lack of numbers, or had to be withdrawn for timetabling or other issues.

is the course similiar to the one you first got offered? remember if you're unhappy theres many other options, dont feel forced into accepting something your not happy with it.

let us know how you get on. best of luck
