BTEA and Rent allowence rate!

I'm hoping to get both this coming September but i'm confused as to what the rate will be.

I would be receiving 160 on the BTEA as im getting 100 a week atm.
    it says on the website:

"When a person applies for Rent Supplement, their means are assessed to work out how much Rent Supplement they qualify for. This amount of Rent Supplement will generally ensure that your income, after paying rent, does not fall below a minimum level. This level is the appropriate basic Supplementary Welfare Allowance (SWA) rate for your circumstances minus a minimum contribution. You must always pay at least €30 towards your rent."

    ....And the SWA for BTEA:
"Aged 25 or under and getting a BTEA payment (previously getting an age-related reduced JA payment) €186"

does this mean 186 - 30 for rent would be 156 left over. or would it be 160 -30 = 130 left over?

Has anyone any experience of this? Thanks.
